The words, design, logo, and Field Notes articles here are ours (or licensed to us) and protected by copyright and trademark. You're welcome to quote a snippet with credit and a link. Please don't lift whole pages or pass our work off as your own.

What you send us

When you fill out the Connect form, that message goes to us so we can reply. Send us accurate info and keep it professional. Don't send anything confidential you're not comfortable emailing — this is a contact form, not a vault.

No guarantees, no crystal ball

We share opinions and general guidance about eCommerce. It's information, not a promise of specific results, and it isn't legal, financial, or tax advice. Your business is yours; the decisions are too. The site is provided "as is," and to the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses that come from using it.
